PRICING:

• A$500 startup fee is due at inception to cover marketing & program setup costs.
• After suitable individual or family is found NestBrokers will receive compensation equal to 1st Month’s Lease.
• After family moves into property NestBrokers can offer Property Management Services through our online and integrate Real Estate Investment Management
Platform (REIM). (This is not a mandatory service. If client chooses NestBrokers’ property management service the fee is 8% of gross monthly property revenues.)
• NestBrokers will stay involved at client or property owners request to manage mortgage qualification process for the lease purchase buyer.
• When mortgage is obtained for tenant buyer and property is sold (typically 12 to
