NestBrokers Construction upon reviewing the scope of the project will prepare a formal estimate for each prospective client's evaluation.  This estimate will detail a cost and also outline assumptions related to that cost.  This document if signed by both parties will serve as the prevailing contract for services.

Prospective clients always want to get a better understanding of our pricing and frequently ask us to quote projects via the phone.  Our preference is to do a free estimate on-site for you.  By being on-site we can evaluate the scope of the activity that you wish to undertake and also may be able to recommend alternative methods that could translate into ultimate bottom line savings for you.
